 Some people choose music.

For Jackie Isham, music seemed to choose her.

Growing up in Orange County, California, Jackie was surrounded by music from an early age. Born into a musical family, she began singing in church, where she discovered something that would stay with her for the rest of her life: the joy of using her voice to connect with people.

She didn't know it at the time, but those early days singing in church were the beginning of a lifelong journey.

In 2003, Jackie traded Southern California for Orlando, Florida. What started as a move to a new city became the beginning of an extraordinary chapter in her life.

Jackie established herself as a professional vocalist, studio singer, and live performer, eventually becoming part of some remarkable musical organizations and performing for audiences around the country.

One of the most important chapters of her career began with The Voices of Liberty, the world-renowned vocal ensemble at Walt Disney World's American Adventure.

Jackie became the youngest first soprano in the 44-year history of The Voices of Liberty—a remarkable distinction for a singer who would go on to spend more than two decades performing with the group.

For more than 20 years, her voice has been part of the Disney experience for countless guests. Inside the beautiful rotunda of The American Adventure, where the acoustics allow voices to seemingly float through the room, Jackie has performed the music that has become synonymous with one of Disney World's most beloved live musical experiences.

But Disney was never the end of the story.

Jackie's career has taken her well beyond the stages of Walt Disney World.

She has toured with VoicePlay, the internationally recognized vocal group and winners of NBC's The Sing-Off. She has also toured with TRUTH, the Gospel Music Hall of Fame group, bringing her voice to audiences in a very different musical setting.

Her work has also included performances with orchestras, including the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, and Brevard Symphony Orchestra.

She has performed for major organizations and corporate events as well, including New York Life, Ambian, Fiat, and McDonald's.

And behind the scenes, Jackie has worked as a studio vocalist and live performer for the Walt Disney Company.

For a singer, these experiences are more than credits on a résumé. They are thousands of hours spent rehearsing, traveling, listening, learning, performing, adapting, and—most importantly—connecting with people.

Ask Jackie what she loves about singing, and the answer isn't simply about music.

It's about people.

A singer gets to experience something unique: standing in front of an audience and, for a few minutes, sharing the same emotion with everyone in the room.

A song can make someone smile.

It can bring back a memory.

It can make someone feel less alone.

It can turn a room full of strangers into a community.

That connection is what has kept music at the center of Jackie's life for so many years.

In 2026, music brought Jackie back to her roots in a particularly meaningful way.

She was featured on “Onward Christian Soldiers”, a track on Radiance: A Modern Hymns Project, a collection of contemporary interpretations of traditional hymns released by Tomb Slayer Records. The album was released March 13, 2026, and features artists including Take 6, David Phelps, Ashling Cole, Jameil Walls, Devin Leigh, Antonio McLendon, Vaughn Thompson Jr., Mamie—and Jackie.

For Jackie, there is something beautifully full-circle about that.

The little girl who began singing in church eventually became a professional soprano, performed on some of the world's most recognizable stages, toured with celebrated vocal groups, sang with orchestras, and spent more than two decades as a Voice of Liberty.

And now, years later, she is still singing hymns.

Still using her voice.

Still doing what she has loved since she was a little girl.

Of course, Jackie is much more than a singer.

She is a wife, a mother, a friend, a runner, a cook, a Realtor—and someone who genuinely loves people.

She and her husband have a blended family of six children: four daughters and two sons. Their household also includes Ace, the family's American Bulldog, and Thumper, a lop-eared bunny.

Jackie is an avid half-marathon runner—something she describes with her trademark humor as making her “only half crazy.” She loves trying new recipes, spending time with her family, and enjoying the everyday moments that make life meaningful.

And although real estate is now an important part of her professional life, Jackie hasn't really left the world of performance behind.

In many ways, she simply took the skills she learned on stage with her.

Performing taught her how to listen.

It taught her how to communicate.

It taught her how to read a room.

It taught her how to make people feel comfortable.

Most importantly, it taught her that relationships matter.

Those lessons now shape the way she works with people in real estate.

Today, instead of every day being spent under stage lights, Jackie helps people find homes and build their next chapter.

And maybe that's not so different after all.

Whether she's singing to an audience, helping a family find the right home, running a half marathon, cooking dinner for six kids, or simply sitting around with the people she loves, Jackie brings the same thing with her:

Energy. Heart. Humor. And a genuine love for people.

Her life has taken her from a church in Southern California to the stages of Walt Disney World, concert halls, touring productions, recording studios, and now into the homes and lives of the people she serves.

The career has changed.

The scenery has changed.

But the voice is still there.

And so is the girl from California who fell in love with singing.

Music isn't something Jackie left behind when she started her next career.

It's part of her.

It is in the way she talks.

The way she laughs.

The way she connects with people.

The way she remembers where she came from.

And, every once in a while, when she steps behind a microphone, it's still there in the most unmistakable way of all.

The soprano.

The performer.

The California girl.
